Space technology company L'Garde Inc. will be allowed to present to a jury its claims that defense contractor Raytheon Space & Airborne Systems owes it $2.7 million for breaching a multimillion contract related to the development of an advanced military airship when Raytheon jumped to a rival to complete the work, a California federal judge ruled Monday.
