A Virginia federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a putative class action by former LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. employees now that a bankruptcy court has agreed to toll their claims against the executives who oversaw the fallen title insurance giant's retirement plan.

LandAmerica Execs Hit With ERISA Class Action
A former LandAmerica Financial Group Inc. employee filed a putative class action against the bankrupt insurer's executives in Virginia federal court on Wednesday, claiming LFG's retirement plan continued to invest in LFG stock after it was no longer prudent.
