Class Claims Verizon 'Bungled' Foreign Worker Pensions
A proposed class action filed Thursday in Illinois accuses Verizon Communications Inc. of wrongfully withholding U.S. taxes on pension benefits paid to foreign employees who worked in Latin America and refusing to correct the error.
