Dollar General Can't Duck Fired Worker's ADA Suit
A Tennessee federal judge refused last week to throw out an Americans with Disabilities Act suit brought on behalf of a Dollar General Corp. payroll worker who claimed the retailer refused to give her a larger computer monitor and eventually fired her after she lost sight in one eye.
