A Pennsylvania federal judge on Wednesday remanded to state court putative class actions that health insurers UnitedHealth Group Inc. and Humana Health Plan Inc. had intended to launch, but had not yet filed, against GlaxoSmithKline PLC over injuries allegedly caused by Avandia and Paxil.

UnitedHealth Group Inc. on Friday asked a Pennsylvania federal court to again remand to state court its planned class action against GlaxoSmithKline PLC over injuries allegedly caused by Avandia and Paxil, accusing the drugmaker of trying to stall discovery.
