Spectralytics Adds To $22M IP Verdict Against Cordis
A Minnesota federal court on Wednesday ordered Cordis Corp. and stent manufacturer Norman Noble Inc. to pay $500,000 in enhanced damages on top of a $22 million verdict against them for willfully infringing Spectralytics Inc.'s patent covering a stent-cutting machine.
