Hershey, Radisson Lay Down Swords In Trademark Fight
The Hershey Co. and Radisson Hotels International Inc. have settled a trademark suit in which Hershey sought to block Radisson from using the Hershey name on one of its hotels near the chocolate company's amusement park, the companies said Wednesday.
