National Union Can't Duck Payless TCPA Coverage Suit
A California federal judge on Thursday refused to stop Payless ShoeSource Inc. from pursuing a Kansas lawsuit against National Union Fire Insurance Co. of Pittsburgh, Pa., over $9 million in coverage for a pair of settled Telephone Consumer Protection Act class actions, saying the Kansas suit was already too far along.
