A Nevada magistrate judge determined Thursday that investors in MGM Grand luxury condominium units who say they were duped into buying securities in the property with false promises of rental revenue will have to settle their beef with the Las Vegas condo company through arbitration.

MGM Grand Investors Try Again In Room Rental Action
Investors in condo-hotel units at the Signature at MGM Grand in Las Vegas filed a new putative class action against the hotel's operator Tuesday, alleging securities fraud after undisclosed fees left them with only about half the revenue they had been promised.
