A Delaware federal judge on Wednesday tossed a patent infringement suit filed against Microsoft Corp., Electronic Arts Inc. and others over motion tracking technology, a day after adopting a U.S. magistrate judge's recommendation to dismiss the bulk of claims brought by Impulse Technology Ltd.
