Judge Again Stomps Slipper IP Row Against Wal-Mart, Others
A New York federal judge on Wednesday tossed again an apparel manufacturer's suit accusing major retailers, such as Wal-Mart Stores Inc., of ripping off its patent for insulated slippers that had been revived by the Federal Circuit, saying the patent-in-suit is anticipated by prior art.
