    Shire Doesn't Have To Return Docs In Generic Dispute

    A New Jersey federal judge has refused to compel Shire LLC to return privileged documents to Johnson Matthey Inc. in Shire's case accusing the company of infringing patents on its attention deficit hyperactivity disorder drug Vyvanse, saying in an opinion unsealed Thursday that the defendants had not taken reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent disclosure.
