Trucking Co. Reaches $2.75M Deal In Background Check Suit
U.S. Xpress Inc. has agreed to pay $2.75 million to settle a putative class action in Tennessee federal court alleging the trucking company failed to provide the proper disclosures related to background check reports obtained for job applicants, according to a Friday filing.
