'Elder Scrolls' Class Action Should Be Unplugged: Judge
A Florida magistrate judge's report recommended the dismissal Monday of a proposed class action accusing the makers of the video game "Elder Scrolls" of deceptively marketing and selling a defective product, finding the claims had been brought under the wrong state's law.

Makers of the "Elder Scrolls" video game were hit with a proposed class action Friday in Florida alleging defects caused it to fail after limited playing time and did not provide hundreds of hours of meandering gameplay as promised.
