    Chevron Settles Puerto Rico Enviro Suit For $5.8M

    Chevron Puerto Rico LLC will spend $5.2 million on leak detection improvements and pay a $600,000 penalty to resolve alleged violations covering about 100 underground storage tank facilities in Puerto Rico, the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency said Tuesday.
