A California federal judge on Monday tentatively approved a $1 million settlement between Gaspari Nutrition Inc. and a consumer class accusing the company of marketing bodybuilding supplement Novedex XT as containing only dietary supplements even though it contained a purportedly dangerous nondietary ingredient.
