A Florida federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a proposed class action against 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. and ordered employees to resolve their overtime wage dispute through arbitration, as required under the health club chain's policy.

24 Hour Fitness Slammed With OT Actions
Personal trainers and sales counselors of 24 Hour Fitness USA Inc. hit the gym chain with two putative class actions in Florida on Friday, alleging they were never paid overtime in violation of the Fair Labor Standards Act.
