A California federal court on Monday dismissed a proposed class action accusing Hilton Worldwide Inc. of secretly charging hotel guests 75 cents for newspapers delivered to their rooms, ruling the papers were included in the room price.

Hilton Whacked With Suit Over Hidden Newspaper Fees
A California man filed a proposed class action against Hilton Group PLC on Wednesday, alleging the global hotel giant delivered ostensibly free newspapers to the hotel rooms and then secretly charged clients 75 cents unless they opted out of the purchase.
