TIG Insurance Must Cover Defense In $26M Cleanup Dispute
A Pennsylvania federal judge on Tuesday ruled that TIG Insurance Co. was obligated to defend Wiseman Oil Co. Inc. in its dispute with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency over a Superfund site expected to generate $26 million in remediation expenses.
