Wolfram Launches Preemptive Suit Over Lodsys Patents
Software company Wolfram Research Inc. filed a preemptive suit against patent licensing company Lodsys LLC on Tuesday, asking a Wisconsin federal judge to declare that it was not infringing four Lodsys patents.
