Medicare Doc Fees Not Reviewable By Courts, Judge Says

A Maryland federal judge on Wednesday tossed a suit challenging a method used by the government to determine an annual physician reimbursement fee schedule under Medicare, ruling that Congress barred courts from reviewing how federal health officials determine what a doctor’s services are worth.
