An Oklahoma federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a a copyright suit over a line of suntan products featuring "Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley, deciding that the complaint should be refiled in New York court under a related contract.

"Jersey Shore" star Jenni "Jwoww" Farley and Australian Gold LLC were hit with a lawsuit in Oklahoma on Thursday claiming the MTV personality breached a previous marketing agreement and infringed copyrighted designs with her new line of tanning lotions.
