5-Hour Energy Maker Seeks Enhanced Damages In IP Suit
Innovation Ventures LLC, maker of popular 5-Hour Energy products, urged a Michigan federal judge Monday to award it treble damages for trademark infringement by the manufacturer of a copycat product called On Go Energy, saying its willful infringement and subsequent behavior during the case warrants the award.
