Union Loses WARN Fight Against US Steel
A Minnesota federal judge on Tuesday threw out a lawsuit brought on behalf of steel workers who claimed U.S. Steel Corp. violated federal law by firing them with little warning in 2008, finding that unforeseeable business conditions excused the short notice.
