'Christmas Story' Actor Drops Suit Over Figurine
Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and the actor who starred as bully Scut Farkus in the 1983 film "A Christmas Story" dropped their California lawsuit Wednesday over whether the studio and a toy company created a figurine based on the character without his permission.

The actor who starred as bully Scut Farkus in the 1983 film "A Christmas Story," sued Warner Bros. Entertainment Inc. and Enesco LLC in California on Tuesday for allegedly creating a figurine based on the character without his permission.
