    EEOC's 7-Year Delay Sinks Bias Suit Against Propak

    A North Carolina federal judge on Tuesday tossed a proposed U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission class action accusing Propak Logistics Inc. of only hiring Hispanic workers at a distribution center, finding nearly seven years of foot-dragging by the EEOC entitled Propak to dismissal.
