Judge Won't Revisit HP Investor Claims Over WebOS Flop
A California federal judge on Monday refused to reconsider his decision allowing several claims to go forward in a class action accusing Hewlett-Packard Co. executives of misleading investors about the company’s commitment to the WebOS operating system it acquired along with Palm Inc. in 2010.
