U.S. Ethernet Innovations LLC can't collect on the damages in a $3 million jury verdict in its favor in a lawsuit that alleged Texas Instruments Inc. infringed on its patents after a Texas federal judge ruled Thursday that one of the patents had since been invalidated and his final judgment wasn't "truly final."
