AOL, Vringo Agree To Settle Part Of Search-Engine IP Suit
AOL Inc. and a unit of video ringtone maker Vringo Inc. told a Virginia federal court Monday that they have agreed to settle part of a patent dispute brought by Vringo in Virginia federal court over AOL's use of search engine-filtering technology in its advertising search unit, leaving the rest of the suit to move forward.
