EEOC Says High Court Review Doesn't Stay Mach Mining Case
The U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission urged an Illinois federal court Tuesday to proceed with discovery in its sex discrimination suit against Mach Mining LLC even though the U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to review the case over whether courts can second-guess the agency's mandatory presuit efforts to conciliate bias claims.
