Dow Jumped The Gun With Semiconductor Suit, Judge Says
A Michigan federal judge on Wednesday dismissed a suit asking the court to rule that a Dow Corning Corp. semiconductor unit had not infringed three Cree Inc. patents, saying there was no real controversy because Cree never intended to sue for alleged infringement.
