Santander's Contract Suit Against Ex-Execs Axed
A Florida federal judge on Monday tossed Banco Santander International's suit claiming a former executive left to start a competing investment firm and took other executives with him in violation of employment contracts, ruling that the court didn't have jurisdiction over the suit.
