An Oregon federal judge on Monday rejected Retail Imaging Management Group LLC's bid to block Fujifilm North America Corp. from servicing Rite Aid Corp. photo labs, saying there was no evidence that Fujifilm's contract was anything more than competitive forces at work.

Photo lab maintenance provider Retail Imaging Management Group LLC asked a federal court Tuesday to block Fujifilm North America Corp. from servicing Rite Aid Corp. photo labs, claiming allowing the service deal would "hasten the demise of [Fujifilm's] only national service competitor."
