A Pennsylvania federal judge on Monday preliminarily approved a multimillion-dollar settlement in DuPont Co.'s multidistrict litigation over its now-recalled herbicide Imprelis that lets members of several classes maintain individual claims against the company and still receive reimbursement for damage to trees caused by the herbicide.
