Nestle Employment Bias Subpoena Still Too Broad, Judge Says
A Kentucky federal judge on Tuesday declined for a second time to enforce a U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission subpoena against Nestle SA over allegations that Nestle discriminated against employees based on genetic information, saying the scope was too broad.

A Kentucky federal judge on Wednesday nixed the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission's bid to investigate Nestle SA for alleged companywide policies of genetic discrimination, finding one discrimination complaint did not give the agency "free rein" to launch a broad probe.
