Qimonda Administrator Reaches €260M Deal With Ex-Parent
German semiconductor maker Infineon Technologies AG has agreed to pay its bankrupt former subsidiary Qimonda AG €260 million ($334 million) to settle all outstanding disputes between the two outside of a separate multibillion-dollar insolvency case pending in Munich.

Broke Qimonda Seeks Stay On Altis Suit Over Shared IP's Sale
Semiconductor producer Qimonda AG on Wednesday urged a Virginia bankruptcy court to call a halt to a contract suit recently brought by rival semiconductor maker Altis Semiconductor alleging that Qimonda unlawfully sold jointly owned intellectual property rights without permission.
