OneLink Avoids 'Harsh' Sanction For Execs' Missing Emails
A Puerto Rico federal judge refused Tuesday to sanction OneLink Communications for allegedly losing evidence relevant to Puerto Rico Telephone Co.'s antitrust suit, saying PRTC couldn't prove the missing emails would have helped its case or that OneLink disposed of them in bad faith.
