    EPA Beats Suit Over Pollution Listing For San Joaquin River

    A California federal judge on Tuesday dismissed a suit filed by the San Joaquin River Group Authority over the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's listing of parts of the river and several tributaries as polluted, saying it's too early for the group to claim harm from the decision.
