Akzo To Cover Cleanup Costs At 2 Ala. Superfund Sites
Akzo Nobel Chemicals Inc. agreed Friday to pay about $912,900, as well as future response costs, to resolve the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's lawsuit over an environmental cleanup of wetlands found within two Alabama Superfund sites.
