2nd Circ. Nixes Challenge To $450M Apple E-Book Settlement
The Second Circuit on Wednesday upheld Apple's $450 million settlement with consumers over claims it conspired with publishers to raise e-book prices, rejecting arguments from one consumer that the New York district court jumped the gun when approving the deal.
