AT&T Ducks $35M Trade Secrets Suit Over Smartphone Tech
AT&T Mobility LLC on Monday dodged a $35 million suit by smartphone technology firm Omnicomm Corp. accusing the wireless communications giant of disclosing trade secrets about Omnicomm's idea for cellphone interfacing technology and allegedly violating a nondisclosure agreement between them.

AT&T Faces $35M Suit Over Disclosed Smartphone Data
Omnicomm Corp. launched a $35 million contract suit against AT&T Mobility LLC in Georgia federal court Thursday, claiming it wrongfully disclosed trade secrets and other confidential data regarding the plaintiff's technology that was later incorporated into the Motorola Mobility Atrix and Razr smartphones.
