American Economy Insurance Co. asked a Pennsylvania federal judge Thursday to declare that it does not owe coverage to Eugene Berry Enterprises LLC, which lost a trademark suit to the NFL's Pittsburgh Steelers and a Pennsylvania nonprofit over Berry's Steelers-fan-oriented "Terrible T-shirt."
