Cessna Monopoly Claim Survives In Runway Crash Suit
A Florida federal judge on Friday tossed the brunt of a suit against Cessna Aircraft Co. over a 2008 runway plane crash, but said plaintiffs can still move forward with a portion of their state antitrust claim alleging Cessna tried to monopolize the repair market for its Citation X jets.

Cessna Sued For Negligence Over 2008 Runway Crash
WM Aviation LLC and Tricor International Corp. launched a negligence and antitrust suit against Cessna Aircraft Co. on Monday in connection with a 2008 runway plane crash, weeks after the aviation charter firms settled a dispute with their insurers over coverage for the crash.
