Offshore Oil Workers Take Foreign Hires Case To High Court
A group of oil and gas workers asked the U.S. Supreme Court last month to hear its putative class action alleging offshore energy companies illegally hired foreign workers in violation of the Immigration and Nationality Act, saying lower courts had wrongly dismissed its claims.
