Hospira Investors Go After Board Over Inflated Stock Prices
A Hospira Inc. shareholder sued members of the drugmaker's board of directors Wednesday in Illinois federal court, accusing them of failing in their duties to the company, leading to manufacturing problems and regulatory probes, and artificially inflating stock prices by withholding this damaging information.
