The estate of legendary rock 'n' roll photographer Jim Marshall slammed menswear designer John Varvatos with a copyright infringement lawsuit Thursday, claiming the clothier displayed more than a dozen Marshall photographs in stores across the country without permission after the photographer died in 2010.
