Homeopathic Co. Says False Ad Suit Lacks Evidence
Homeopathic medicine maker Boiron Inc. told a California federal judge on Wednesday that the partially certified class action claiming the company's flu symptom remedy label is misleading should be tossed, given that the lead plaintiff hasn't offered any evidence that the packaging contains false representations.
