Goldman, Tishman Move To Nix Ice Rink Owner's Building Suit
Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and Tishman Construction Corp. moved Thursday to dismiss a negligence suit against them, saying Rink Management Services Corp. couldn't prove alleged unsafe construction work near Battery Park in New York City was legally negligent.

An ice rink operator on Thursday sued The Goldman Sachs Group Inc. and several developers, alleging they allowed unsafe construction work at three New York buildings that encroached on a temporary rink it had set up, significantly hurting its business.
