Religious Groups Can't Fight ACA Contraception Rule, US Says
The Obama administration on Friday moved to dismiss two complaints claiming a rule requiring employers to include free contraceptive care in their health plans is unconstitutional, saying the Catholic university and TV network bringing suits in Florida and Alabama haven't proved they were harmed.

Catholic TV Network Sues US Over Birth Control Mandate
An Alabama-based Catholic television organization on Thursday took aim at a federal health care rule it says violates its First Amendment speech and religious rights by forcing it to fund birth control procedures it finds morally repugnant and actively discourages.
