AlloDerm Insurer Sues Over Coverage For Alleged Injuries
Illinois Union Insurance Co. took to Texas federal court on Tuesday in its dispute with Kinetic Concepts Inc. and a subsidiary over coverage for lawsuits claiming that the use of tissue regeneration product AlloDerm in hernia repair surgery caused injuries.
